I have been in real estate for 28-years and it is my passion to work with Realtors, especially new Realtors, to help them grow their businesses and succeed in achieving their goals. As the lead productivity coach, I oversee our Productivity Coaching Program and work with agents to get them into production quickly. I also oversee the market center education coordination, marketing, and overall support of our agents.

Originally from the Northwoods of Wisconsin, I moved to the Fox Valley area and then the Madison area where I've raised 5 kids and now enjoy my beautiful granddaughter and an adorable grandson.
